The mobile testing complex for Institute of Semiconductor Physics of SB RAS of “TDIAM” branch
“Tornado Modular Systems” company has supplied a mobile measuring complex for the Institute of Semiconductor Physics of SB RAS.
The primary task of the “TDIAM” is development, manufacture, research and testing of optical-electrical (including thermal imaging) devices and systems on the basis of cooled and non-cooled multielement photodetectors, television (including low-level) devices on the basis of modern electron-optical image intensifier, matrixes of CSD1- and CMOS2 type.
