Technical re-equipment of management information system of the boiler units No. 6, 7 & 9 and the turbo units No. 5 & 6 of Barnaul CHPP-2
At present time, the CJSC “Tornado Modular Systems” performs a complete set of services (design, system shipment, assembling, commissioning and staff training) as a part of technical re-equipment of Barnaul CHPP-2.
The automated functions of the system are:
- information functions including receiving, preprocessing and special processing, accumulation, storage and representation of information as well as performing information and computing tasks;
- control functions including technological protections, independent interlocks and automatic control;
- functions which provide the system efficiency;
- functions which provide creation and maintenance of the system.
According to the operating modes, the functions of the system are divided as follows:
- operative functions, related to current control, collection and representation of information, real time diagnostics and reconfiguration of schemes, as well as reporting for operational activities;
- non-operative functions, not related directly to the rate of the process and include processing, storage, transmission and representation of information used in non-operational control, planning, maintenance, repairs, etc.
Automation object characteristics
The automation objects are boilers No. 6, 7 & 9 and turbines No. 5, 6.
Brief description of boilers No. 6 & 7:
- type: BKZ-210-140-F;
- main fuel: coal;
- kindling fuel: fuel oil, natural gas;
- exhausters: 2 pcs;
- blower fans: 2 pcs;
- ball drum mill: 2 pcs;
- raw coal feeders: 2 pcs;
- mill exhausters: 2 pcs;
- pulverized coal feeders: 8 pcs.
Brief description of the boiler No. 9:
- type: BKZ-210-140-F(G);
- main fuel: natural gas;
- exhausters: 2 pcs;
- blower fans: 2 pcs;
- exhausters of recirculation: 1 pcs.
Brief description of turbo units No. 5 & 6:
- type: PT-60-120 / 13 / 1.2 manufactured by LMZ;
- installed capacity: 60 MW;
- steam pressure before the isolation valve: 130 kg / cm2;
- steam temperature before the isolation valve: 555 °C;
- steam consumption: 396 t / h;
- regulated production and heat extraction.
