Automatized management system of three boilers of E-65-3.9-440KT type of CHPP, OJSC “Kuchuksulphate”

The APCS for control of operation of the boiler of chemical industry enterprise is implemented.

OJSC “Kuchuksulphate” is a dynamically developing enterprise with a long history. The main product of this enterprise (natural sodium sulphate) is made from halury natural raw material (mirabilite) that is extracted by mining at the unique mineral salt deposit (Kuchukskoe lake, the Altai Region). Stability of the production is ensured by the availability of the source of raw materials which is constantly controlled and examined. The improvements of technological process as well as equipment updating contribute to the manufacture of high quality products.

At present time, the enterprise manufacturing capacity is more than 600 thousand tons of sodium sulphate per year.
